Pictured is a Waterman's Deluxe Lady Patricia Ink-Vue filling pen and matching pencil in gray lace plastic that was manufactured in the late 1930's. Except for the ink discoloration of the reservoir, this set could pass for new and, for that reason, has been a valued part of my collection. I can find absolutely no flaws in these pieces. Obviously they have been hardly used to be 70 years old. The surfaces are totally smooth and show none of the signs of normal everyday use. The imprint (see picture) is remarkably crisp. The nickel trim shows no hint of any brassing or corrosion. The solid gold #2 nib (see picture) is perfectly shaped and has its full complement of iridium. It has a medium flex. The filling system works perfectly and has a new bladder installed. Even the eraser has never been used. If you buy this set and you are a collector, t is nothing to do to it except place it in your collection. Believe me, this set is next to perfect. I ship using USPS insured First Class Mail with a flat rate of $4.00. International shipments are the same flat rate of $4.00 but ,of course, cannot include insurance.
