Early German Wax relief Moulded Wall plaque. 17th-18th C. Interesting, impressive and rare wax relief, depicts: The encounter of two Knights.
A coloured wax plaque with green colour background depicting two knights on its horses, with details in the dress of the Knights and your horses with a high museum quality.
About the Frame: surrounds a rectangular wood, hand carved gilding.
Conditions: the wax with a line (fissure) down and towards the left. The coloured with little missing, in the painting.
This is a plaque worth much more with a proper restoration and a superb cleaning.
About the signature: without signing, but in the back with an inscription in old German, with a number of inventory and a title. " # 358 REITERBEGEGNUNG "
