I've been a fan of the works of Waylande Gregory for over 20 years and have gad the opportunity to amass a wondeful assortment of his works. This over 10 inch wide plate portrays the dynamics of his genius in design. It is fresh, vibrant, and imaginative. The plates tags ar the back were registry numbers of the piece in the estate. Gregory died in 1971 and most of the items were left to his wife and were not available to the public for quite some time. He was a master of design execution and incredibly capable of working in many areas. His major pieces are in major museums throughout the US and being I live in Syracuse am quite familar with his works at the Everson Museum. The plate is a close 99% perfect leaving room for what may be the slightest of imperfections. You will not be disappointed. I may have anothe rof these and if so will offer that to the high bidder.
