This listing is for ClaraBelle from the Symphony Hour Series --Clarabelle's Crescendo--from the Walt Disney Classics Collection--Also Included is original Certificate of AuthenticityIt is Mint-New In the box--It was only removed to take this photo--no Chips, Cracks, or Repairs--It has very slight crazing on the bottom underside where the piece is glazed, where the title is stamped-It also has Crazing on both of the hands and on both sides of the face--Please see Picture provided above--The rest of the piece is in Mint ConditionCrazing is a network of fine random lines in a fired glazed surface. A Craze pattern can develop immediately after removal from the kiln or years later, new Crazing lines can develop after many years. A Craze line is not a crack or a fracture, it is a visible, but can not be felt within the area it is located, and can still support the weight of the piece and improves the probability of cracks and fractures from not occurring. Figures from the same manufacturer can Craze more or less than other Figures depending on the clay or glaze batch, usage and exposure to temperature extremes, etc. Crazing can be a desired effect on some pieces and does not take away from the value, but rather adds authenticity and character to a vintage piece.
