You Are Bidding On A Very Rare, Highly Collectible Disney Teddy Bear in a " LAYING DOWN POSE " . I purchased this sweet bear from Walt Disney World . He was the last one on the shelf and I felt so sorry for him . The black felt on his nose was marked up, but he was purchased this way . I commented on that fact to the Cast Member at the register and he said, a lot of them came in that way . Just wanted to mention that he has not been damaged while in my possession . I didn't care , he was sweet and called out to me . He has never been played with and still has his original tag and story book . See for yourself how adorable he is . I call him Cinnamon as that is the main color . He is Cinnamon Brown, lighter Tan and black . He has been stored in my bedroom for years . Cinnamon is Mickey Mouse's first Teddy Bear . I have been to WDW many times since and I asked about the Teddies at the WDW Doll & Teddy Bear show last May . A cast member told me that a Teddy in a laying pose is very collectible, sought after and has been retired for many years . Cinnamon comes to you from a smoke free , pet free home . Cinnamon comes complete with a Mickey Mouse shaped face print, Mickey head shapes on his foot pads and a sewn Mickey head on his back side . They are often referred to as Hidden Mickey's .Unlike, the other Disney Bears that have been sold , this one is in a LAYING DOWN POSE . He features the brown eyes of the original, first generation bear . He is approximately 17 inches long and is in near mint , unplayed condition except for what has been stated above . I have excellent feedback because I am an honest seller . For his handicap, I am offering you free shipping in the United States . I did not even receive a discount as again this lot came to WDW in this way . is how the story goes : The Story of Disney BEAR"One night before the park opened, Mickey was sitting by the castle. The rest of his friends had not arrived yet, so Mickey brought along his favorite teddy bear to keep him company. Mickey was so excited to be in such a magical place that he wished he had somebody to explore the park with. Suddenly, Tinker Bell flew down out of the starry sky and saw Mickey sitting t with his stuffed friend. She had heard Mickey's wish and sprinkled the bear with Pixie Dust. The Pixie Dust filled the bear and he miraculously came to life! Mickey was so excited and happy, that he gave his bear a hug. As soon as Mickey hugged the bear a magical Mickey head shaped impression appeared on the bear's face, forever bonding him with Mickey. From that moment on, Mickey had a very special friend to share all his magical memories." I took five pictures for your viweing pleasure . If you have any questions or want additional pictures , please email me . Checkout my other auctions for other retired Disney Teddies . Also, Please checkout my excellent feedback and Bid With Confidence . Thanks For Looking and Have Fun Bidding . I am completely overwhelmed at all the requests I have had to buy my little friend . I have now placed a Buy It Now price on him that I feel is still a great deal . I have seen these bears bring up to $500.00 . The reason I am selling my bear collection is that my only son has informed me that he is getting married August 30th . I leave for WDW August 31st . I am trying to surprise him with by giving him a honeymoon to WDW . He asked for Kim's hand at The Rose & Crown Pub in Epcot during Illunminations 5 years ago on August 30th , the day they will become one . Thank You for All Your Responses . Cinnamon is back up for auction as the other buyer never paid and is no longer a registered user . Her loss is your gain .
