Up for sale is a Weathered Intermountain HO Scale 50' RBOX boxcar. Its brand new and will come with the original box. I started this car by doing four washes on this car with reds, and black colors. It gave the RBOX that "red" look, as most Railboxs have. I added small rust pits, and rust streaks to the sides of the car. Its not a rust bucket but it will fit perfect in the 80s to modern era layouts. The roof was painted by hand, and several layers of grime was added. The roof isn;t rusted thru, but it still has a nice used look to it. Also the logo "arrows" have been faded also. I even added real wood for the tack boards. I also painted the air-hoses, and added white tips to the cut-levers. The wheels and trucks have also been weathered with a few layers of grime.*NOTE* Some cars I feel look better on a white background than my diorama. You can just see better detail work. My pictures don't do justice!!!!!!! Everything has been weathered.........wheels, trucks, couplers, EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!
