Here's an affordable way to add some attractive rolling stock to your pike. These Weaver hoppers are complete and ready-to-run. Also included are custom K-Line weights (a $4 value) that can be attached out of sight under the cars, and a removable coal load which will fit either car. PAYMENT Sadly, I must collect 7% Sales Tax on items sold to buyers in the financially and politically impoverished state of New Jersey. As eBay sends the winning bidder a letter of congratulations, I no longer send out invoices, except for combined shipping. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is expected within 7 days of end of auction. On the 5th day I will send you ONE reminder. On the 7th day I will file a non-payment complaint. On higher priced items, payment may be extended up to 30 days, so if you cannot pay immediately, please email me before bidding . Combined Shipment : Once an item has been paid, it will be shipped immediately! If you are currently high bidder on additional items, You may withold payment until the additional items end. All items over $25 total value are insured through ShipSaver. My preferred method of shipping is by by USPS Priority mail. (The Eagle provides me with free boxes.) If actual shipping plus insurance is less than you paid, I will refund the difference. (International refunds thru PayPal only.) NOTE: Under certain circumstances, Priority Mail may be slightly less than Parcel Post. If you select Parcel Post shipping, I will upgrade to Priority if the cost is less.
