BRAND NEW Original Wedco 20L Briggs and Stratton Branded Nato Jerry Can with Spout. This NEW COMPLETE and UNUSED Snap Lid Nato Jerry can has disappeared from the United States, since the implementation of the new January 2009 CARB Gas Can Rules.. NONE can be legally imported into the United States again. This ORIGINAL UNUSED SET was manufactured in 2005. I purchased it in 2007 and stored it in the closet of my spare bedroom. . It is absolutely BRAND NEW in factory condition. There are a few light scratches from the factory or shipment. There are NO dents or gouges or rust. Basically, ALL gas cans manufactured in 2009 are required to have those cumbersome and difficult to use spring loaded C.A.R.B. compliant spouts These disappeared from store shelves over a two years, ago, and will NEVER be manufactured again in this configuration for sale in the U.S . The World war II German designed jerry can is legendary and virtually leakproof. The new ones with the CARB spouts and plastic caps are FRAGILE and NOT DOT and UN approved like these. This CAN SET is completely LEGAL, since they were made prior to January 2009. ONCE THIS ONE IS SOLD, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REPLACE IT, SINCE NONE ARE AVAILABLE.
