This is a wonderful addition to your service of Wedgewood Flying Cloud! For sale by auction is one (1) candy dish, with a lid, without cracks or crazing. This piece is beautiful, and does not have any cracks or crazing on either the lid or the bowl. When you turn the bowl over, t is a chip to the base of the bowl but you cannot see it unless it is upside down or you are feeling for it with your finger, or otherwise looking for it . This is the real deal: Wedgewood Flying Cloud made in England, "Flying Cloud Game Cock 1850" (Wedgewood used various sailing ships to be on each piece of this collection), and the ship on this piece is "Game Cock 1850" This plate is decorated with a red sailing ship with matching color rope and red piping, and is about 4.5 inches in circumference/diameter, and is in excellent condition apart from the above-mentioned chip on the underside base. With the lid on, it is about 3.5 inches tall, without the lid on the bowl is about 2 inches tall. Please e-mail us with questions about this listing of Wedgewood Flying Cloud. This pattern is no longer being made, it was "retired" in 1993. We believe this is a great starting price for a unique piece to the pattern. We will earnestly try to combine shipping on multiple purchases when possible; we have a few other pieces of Wedgewood Flying Cloud currently available
