On consignment this week, this lovely Wedgwood Blue Jasperware Tobacco Jar with set of two ashtrays. This is a great condition vintage set with one perfect ashtray and one fractured and repaired ashtray. The tobacco jar with lid is perfect. Just needs some cleaning. Each piece has different scenes depiciting either ceremonial or religious occasions. The ashtray with horses and chariot is cracked and repaired and is hardly noticeable and the other looks to be a cherub wearing a mask and two adults pulling something out of the masks mouth??? The tobacco jar has a wonderful scene which appears to me to be some sort of ceremony or gathering with women and children bringing gifts and food!! Very nice!! I am pricing this lot at two pieces and you'd be getting the repaired ashtray for free. Thanks and best of luck to you. All sales are final.
