Wedgwood Embossed Queensware, Blue on Cream Shell Edge Serving Bowl Description: A vintage and really lovely oval serving bowl from Wedgwood, England, in their discontinued Embossed Queensware pattern,c.1930-1988. Pale cream colored ground with embossed blue (or lavender, as Wedgwood calls it) grape clusters, leaves and vines, shell edged perimeter. Really beautiful articulation and heavy glazing - a truly lovely pattern. See photos... ***I have other serving pieces in this pattern listed this week. Dimensions: 9 3/4" long x 8 1/8" wide; 2 3/8" tall Markings: stamped in black on the bottom, "Wedgwood & Barlaston of Etruria" "Made in England" "Embossed Queensware" "6" Condition: Excellent. No breaks, chips, discoloration, crazing or use/wear marks.
