Wedgwood for Harvard University Cup & Saucer The First Stoughton Hall 1952 Wedgwood made sets of china for Harvard on different occasions. This red transferware cup and saucer were made in Limited Edition for Harvard University in 1952. The views were taken from old engravings showing Harvard in the 18th and 19th centuries. Cup and saucer are both in very good condition with no chip or cracks. Colors and glaze are bright Saucer marks read Harvard University Limited Edition Wedgwood & Barlaston of Etruria made in England Sole Importers Jones McDuffee and Stratton Co. Boston Impressed date mark 1952 Cup marks are similar but include the identification of the view · The First Stoughton Hall Burgis View 1726 Dimensions: 3 1/4 inch cup diameter 2 1/4 inch cup height 5 3/4 inch saucer diameter ************************************** I personally pack all china and glassware These items are vintage or antique and hand picked from estate sales and auctions.
