This is a super Lilac Dipped Wedgwood Jasperware Biscuit Barrel dating from the mid to late 1800's. Marked WEDGWOOD only. Inside the silverplated lid are impressed numbers 13706 over 2. It measures 6' high. Very good condition. No chips, cracks, or crazing. There are some dirty spots outside and brown staining inside. There is some wear on the metal handle and rim. Also visible is what looks to be soldering at the handle joints. This will no doubt make a wonderful addition to your Wedgwood Collection!
