Check out my other items ! so, let's talk. i need to air some concerns to my international buyers, whom i love and cherish...most of the time. as many of you know, these cdvs and photos i sell are mailed first class via non-trackable means. while most international buyers are honest and sincere, there are an increasing # of you who have decided to buy a photo, and then right at the 7 day mark, file for a refund due because the photo did not arrive. thus, the unscrupulous types have discovered a little loophole here. ebay will automatically side with the buyer in all cases when 1st class mail is used. now, some might ask, couldn't the photo really be lost, thus necessitating a refund? sure that is possible. but, the statistics i keep over the last 13 years seem troubling. within the last 2 years, as ebay has made it easier to seek refunds on international transactions, my incidents of such actions are up...way up. it used to be that i literally never had any photos lost in the mail (or maybe 1 in 500 at most). now, i would say that 3 out of 100 people file read more
