Description: Presented for your consideration is this rare and very beautiful oak Welch brand Advertising Hanging Gingerbread Clock. The name of the clock is "Eclipse." The back is labeled "Eclipse Eight Day Striking Alarm Manufactured Expressly For The American Wringer Co. 99 Chambers St. New York, By The Welch MFG. Co. Forestville, Conn. U.S.A." Features a nicely embossed design in the oak, original finish and stenciled glass door. A quality piece from Welch Mfg Co. Measures 28" tall x 14" wide. In Very Good / Excellent condition. Finish is beautiful and the clock works great. There is some wear to the numbers on the dial, due to age. A nice unique addition to your antique clock or advertising collection.
