I could not find any reference to any date in the book, so not sure on publication timeframe. Does state that it was lithographed in the United States of America by Edwards & Broughton Company, Raleigh NCBook measures about 8 X 10¾"...pages not numbered but 65 plus if they were...From the introduction: final paragraph...We further dedicate the book to the Army Air Forces of the United States, the RAF, and all the air forces of the United Nations associated with the RAF.
