[9] You are bidding on a very nice trackside coaling tower ready for your layout or diorama. The model stands an impressive 8 1/4" tall and has a 3 1/4 by 3 3/4" foot print plus the staircase which adds another 2" to that side. This kit is well built, with the stairs and walkways as shown in the pictures. This item was recently acquired from the estate of a fabulous modeler and it simply exceeds my needs and era, i.e. I don't have a space for it or I'd keep this one. He worked in many facets and regions of early to late steam, bringing his talents to bear. This building will look great on your layout.All known defects are noted or shown in pictures. The actual item up for bid is shown in the picture. This item is an assembled, built up kit and it is sold as is.
