Beautiful piece of Weller Cameo Jewel needs a loving home! This pot has been hanging around our house for many years. "We recently moved out of the house and into our RV (permanently!) and because of limited space must part with many of our things - thought this might make a good addition to someone's Weller collection. I believe "Cameo Jewel" is the correct name for this design. I am not at all knowledgeable about pottery/ceramics or what a collector does or does not desire in a piece, but we have always loved this for it's deep, rich green, blue and purple colors, and the intricate design, especially the ivory colored cameo. It measures approximately 7" tall and 8 1/4" wide across the top rim. This cute little pot has been inside, outside and in the storage shed. I believe my husband actually had a flower planted it at one time! As you can see from the photos, it does show "crazing"(as experts seem to call it), some brown/rusty looking discoloration and an obvious chip on the bottom edge. Other than that it seems to me to be an "old" pot that looks like an "old" pot - ! I have not tried to clean it as I have no idea how to do so; I will leave that to it's new owner.
