MAKER: Weller PotteryDESCRIPTION: This listing is for a Weller Pottery Souevo pot. The Souevo line was inspired by the pottery designs of people native to southwestern US . Unlike the native Americans who hand form their pots, Souevo ware was cast and decorated using colored slip, which differs from glaze and results in an absolutely matte finish. High-gloss black glaze on the inside. DATE: Circa 1907 DIMENSIONS: A tad under 4.5" in height by 8" in width MARKS: Unmarked as shown CONDITION: Very good. No serious defects. Due to this type of ware, there are a few minor signs of age and handling. SHIPPING: eBay's estimated shipping is just an estimate. To save on shipping, this item may be picked up here in Long Beach.
