Nice 1924 pass for Wellington & Powellsville Railroad Co issued to G S Williams Agent of the East Carolina Railway. The W&P railroad was a narrow gauge (3 ft) line in North Carolina that went from Windsor NC to Ahoskie NC and connected with the Atlantic Coast Line RR and was very small so cannot be many of these passes out t Railroad was sold in 1926 and reorganized as the Carolina Southern Ry. Pass number is only 65.
