Offered a Sadler Staffordshire Teapot commemorationg Shakespeares 1564-1616. Very unique design to this teapot with a scene from A Midsummers Night on each side as also the cup. It stands 6" to the top of the gold striped finial - from the tip of the spout to the edge of the handle is 7" and the width is just about 4". The Cup has on the bottom Sadler Wellington Fine Bone China England. The cup stands 4 1/4" - is 2 1/4" in diameter at the base and is 3" in diameter at the rim(too large for the average tea cup?) A very impressive Teapot to bring out when you have guests over for Tea. The white is a very bright white but reflct the blue from each other and the blue sky as the pictures were taken outdoors.
