This is a customer returned Weslo Cardio Stride Folding Manual Treadmill with LCD Monitor. The customer assembled it used it for a few minutes, disassembled it and returned it. They stated that they thought it would be easier to walk on it. Its a manual treadmill, please keep that in mind when purchasing. The treadmill is complete, in perfect working order and has almost no scuffs on it.
