Very rare Estate Auction Sale Catalogue for the sale of a further portion of The Parnham Estate, (Beaminster, Dorset), by order of the trustees of the will of the late Vice Admiral Sir Robert O’Brien Fitz-Roy on Wednesday 24th November 1897. Solicitors Messrs Farrer and Co 66 Lincolns Inn Fields and Mr Robert Leigh, Beaminster, Dorset. Auctioneers Messrs Henry Duke and Son, Land Agents, Auctioneers and Valuers, Dorchester. The catalogue measures approx 11 inches x 17 inches. The cover is grey paper. There are five pages of information in the catalogue plus three plans or maps of the properties for sale, plus one photograph of one property. If the catalogue was split the maps would look excellent framed as would the cover. The catalogue was printed at the Dorset County Chronicle printing works in Dorchester. Page 1 gives a general overview of the auction.
