Up for bids we have this very nice vintage, metal Mattel Shootin Shell cap pistol.Included is one (1) Mattel two piece toy bullet which are hard to find.When the trigger is pulled the cylinder does index correctly each and every timeand the hammer fires correctly also.Finish on gun is very good although it is not perfect and does have a few wear marks from light use. The grips have no cracks or warping and are in excellent condition.The hole in the one grip is to load the plastic bullet head into and thenholding the metal bullet casing and pressing down on it to lock it in place. It is marked as Shootin Shell Fanner.The pistol measures 9 inches long and the bullet gate closes tightly.Bid early and don't miss out on this nice vintage rig.
