Up for auction is this Western Electric #2AB Dial in nice condition. This dial is perfect for a Western Electric candlestick or early desktop cradle style phone. Has original notchless dial face. T is a bit of rust at the top of the inside raised rim but face looks great. The letters & numbers are not faded. Dial is boldly stamped around the outside rim: WESTERN ELECTRIC PAT IN USA AUG 19 12 AUG 24 15 DES MAY 7 18 SEPT 3 21 MADE IN USA. The fingerstop is marked 2AB which is correct for this numbers/letters dial. Has brass fingerwheel & number card holder is original. This dial has the great clickety clack sound of the early years, and it has been cleaned, lubricated & calibrated and works flawlessly. I accept Money Orders, Cashiers Check or Personal Check.
