Western Electric 518-W LOUD SPEAKING TELEPHONE APPARATUS .Found at an estate sale, says on bottom it is an APPERATUS LOUD SPEAKING PHONE? . there are no cracks or chips in the outer section,only on the metal Western Electric Label has a crack in it(ESTATE FIND),SELLING AS IT IS PICTURED AND SHOWN.I DO MY VERY BEST TO LIST ANY DEFECTS I SEE OR KNOW ABOUT.AS FAR A WORKING ITEM ,I HAVE NO WAY TO TEST IT, SO YOU ARE BUYING THIS ITEM AS IS CONDITION.ANY INFO ON THIS ITEM WOULD BE APPERAIATED,THANKS.I got some help from a nice person on this item. The WE 518-W is a loudspeaker assembly, typically attached to antique radios.You are selling the driver section which is missing the norm.This unit has no connection to telephones.i found out this is surpose to have a little horn coming out the top,thanks
