Today for sale is the Western Models Convair CV-440 Metropolitan Lufthansa in its delivery color scheme, the scale is 1/200. Like Inflight Limited Edition models, also Western models are being produced in very limited quantities only, so just a handful of these birds has been made ! As usual for Western models, t his is a model made in outstanding quality and details. Western modes have ended their production recently - so this might be your last chance of getting such a model factory-fresh !! Condition of the model is mint in pristine white upper part of the fuselage in original box, it always has been kept in box !. In relation to the regular retail price and value, please observe the low starting price (and that t is no reserve price) on this model. Shipping: Basically, I charge a very moderate shipping and handling rate (the later just only for quality packing material, as I'm a private person and do not have such material on hand) based strictly on the fees of Austrian Post, which includes air-mail service (cheaper standard parcel on request) and registration Shipping as insured (for an insurance sum of up to e 500.00 ~ USD 600.00) "value parcel" is available for an extra e 7.20 (USD 9,70). Unfortunately, shipping to some countries via registred mail does not automatically include a shipping insurance.
