NEW JUST COMPLETED-- "The Wolf" Elkskin Bag . Designed and Created entirely Freehand. I use no tools of any kind other than a burning tool, and scissors. The motif of The Wolf on Suede is permanantly freehand burned into the Suede Leather. I use no tracing, copying, stamps of any kind. All my work is done freehand. The bag is created with the grain side of the skin to the outside with the natural suede as a lining on the inside. The overflap shows the suede of the leather and holds the motif of the wolf. The underside of the flap is of the grain leather. All lacings, ties, and fringe are cut by hand, the fringe added individually one at a time. Beading of Gold,Black,and White pony beads add color and interest to the bag. A natural buffalo tooth with button hole is used to close and secure the bag. Measurements are 81/2"long x9"wide, appx.181/2" to bottom of fringe. A hand braided strap measures appx 46" long. Color of the skin it'self is a soft light honey color, or a soft tan. The leather is soft and supple, yet quite strong and durable. I have signed and dated the bag. I prefer pay pal and all shipping and handeling is paid by buyer.
