Hello. My name is Jennifer. I am new to ebay.
Recently my father has passed away. After his estate settled I received his coin collection. Dad collected coins for as long as i can remember. He would go to the bank and buy Hundreds of dollars of rolls of pennys, dimes, quarters, half-dollars and after removing all the silver and wheat backs would trade what was left at another bank until he had all silver and wheat backs.
There are literally thousands of rolls of coins that i am going to sell on ebay in the coming months as time permits.
This auction is for one of those rolls of pennys. On one end there is a penny showing the letters VDB on its reverse side and on the other end there is a 1909-S Lincoln penny. WOW ... EITHER COIN OR BOTH COINS COULD BE A 1909-S-VDB WHICH WOULD MAKE THIS AN EXTREMELY VALUABLE ROLL OF PENNYS . There may be other key and semi-key date coins in the roll as well. The roll has been sealed at both ends...so the other 48 coins are unknown.
These photos show the exact roll that the winner of this auction will receive. THE ROLL HAS BEEN CRIMP SEALED AT BOTH ENDS IN AN ORIGINAL BANK WRAPPER LABELED BY BANK OF AMERICA.
