Produced by PHOENIX c1880s; this is the "Wheeling Drape" pattern in Reverse Amberina aka Ruby Amber. The distinctive drape pattern was done in many differing glasswares. Often found in a cased ware, much like Wheeling Peachblow, this pattern was believed to have been a Hobbs / Wheeling product for many many years. Modern research has shown that it was one of the unique and interesting patterns produced by Phoenix in the early 1880s. This tumbler has one 1/8" nick on top rim; and tiny one spot where I can see a flake has been ground out. Neither are easily apparent; but they exist and you wish to know. A nice example, not often seen. US DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: If actual costs are significantly less than fixed cost PHI listed here; refund will be made via Paypal.
