Offered for sale is a lovely white ironstone syrup pitcher marked as pictured "Bennett's Patented Jan 23, 1873". It is a graceful tall shape with a top ribbed border. This syrup has the original decorated metal hinged lid, the original thumb rest and the original interior ironstone pour lip. It measures 8" tall to the top of the finial. There are no chips or cracks and as pictured there is light overall discoloration. I have not attempted to soak or clean this piece because I quite like it the way it is!
