Whitefriars Kingfisher Blue Glass Oval Tapering Teardrop Vase, designed by Geoffrey Baxter pattern number 9571. Lovely deep Blue coloured vase beautifully designed and shaped like a teardrop, a real piece of quality glass. Designed by the legendary Whitefriars designer Geoffrey Baxter in the early 60's, I believe it first appeared in the 1964 catalogue. It is 8 inches tall, 20.5cm, it is 7.5cm at it's widest point, the base is oval shaped 28mm by 38mm. It weighs 615g It has no chips, nibbles or cracks. A great addition to your art glass collection..
