Ready to enhance your collection is this wonderful 1 Gallon Stoneware Jug made and stamped by Whites Utica. This is the mark of Nicholas White and his sons, William and Charles who ran the pottery in Utica from 1865 to 1886. This beauty features a clear maker's mark and one of Whites most famous decorations, the Stylized Floral Bouquet. The decoration fills the entire front of the crock and was executed with a slip cup. Stands 11.5" tall Excellent Condition . A couple of narrow 1/4" flakes at the base and some very minor staining from use. That's it! No spout chips, hairlines, cracks, or repairs.
