Lets Talk About Shipping

After you have decided to purchase an item the last thing you want is to have it arrive damaged. I take the greatest care in making sure that doesn’t happen. Each item is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed securely in an appropriate sized box with Styrofoam peanuts. The boxes are over sized and are subject to shipping surcharges. I can promise you the fees I charge are not inflated. If an item is damaged during shipping please let me know as soon as possible. I will replace, repair, or refund your purchase at your discretion.

In addition to sending you a chandelier I’m sending my reputation. If for any reason you are not satisfied simply let me know. I will have FedEx pick it up at your door and replace the item or refund your purchase. It is as simple as that. The only thing you will be responsible for is making sure it is repacked in the same manner as it was shipped. I cannot be held responsible for any damage due to improper packing so if you need help or have questions please let me know. If it is damaged we will have to file a claim with FedEx and that could delay your refund.
