They just don't get much better than this hard to find one! Great Whiting & Davis black and white flat mesh, octagon shaped Delysia purse. The silvertone bell cap on the top has an engraved deco looking flower petal design, that leads to the black cord handle that is attached via silver balls to the purse bale; the handle also still sports it's silver cutwork double slide. The edges of the bell cap as well as the edges of the purse frame work, have floral vines all around. Once opened via the saphire cabouchon stone closure, the top reveals a mirror set into a thick brushed silver frame, and a cake rouge well in the base of this section. The rouge is still t and is held in with a metal frame, while the puff is also in place and held in by the tab. This layer is also w you find the "Whiting & Davis Co. Mesh Bags REG US" trademark impressed into the metal. Open this layer to find the loose powder sifter in the base of the next section, and another mirror in what is the lid of this section; set into a raised metal frame. The powder puff is also still in place. Open yet one more time, and you find the bag of the purse. The black cord tassle, suspends from a silver ball to the purse off the bottom...and extends 3". The handle extends 6" above the purse, and the purse itself measures 4" top to bottom and 2 1/2" across the middle. The bag
