Original Set of Whiting Violet 1903 for six monogramed "D". Plus not marked desert fork and spoon for six, 12 pieces. Plus one dem. spoon. Set totals 36pcs plus one dem spoon. Whiting continued this pattern from 1903 to 1905. Many pieces were added with the same pattern, but this mono "D" set was the first set made. The pattern remarkable and the silver hardly tarnishes. Compare value, Whiting Violet rules in uniqueness, quality, and as a collectable. It is rare.Knives are silver on sharp steal.
