This is a Los Angeles Junction Railway wig-wag banner that has been in my collection for about 15 years, It is in relatively good condition for its age, although the flag does show some distortion from impacts with errant vehicles. The people at the Junction cut the wires rather close to stem, but I was able to put current to them and determine that the lamp will illuminate. The lenses are plastic. Shipping by FedEx Ground, including insurance. Banner will be shipped in a wooden crate.|
