You are bidding on one of the coolest obsolete fire badges I have ever found. This is a National Park Service, Department of the Interior, Fire Control Aid badge from the 1930's. The badge is 1 3/4" long by 1 1/2" wide and appears to be made of brass or copper. On the back it says "AE Co. Utica, NY". I purchased this badge at a National Park Serivice fund raiser auction this year - I have only seen one other of these badges. On returned items - I have only had one returned, but I figure if you don't really want it, you should not have to keep it. I will accept returns, but you pay ebay costs and return shipping costs. Please email me with questions before the auction is over! Thanks! I accept Pay Pal or money orders. After the auction closes and payment is confirmed, I will ship in 3-5 days (usually sooner, but I do have a day job!). Just some additional information forwarded by a bidder: I am told this badge dates from 1947, not the 1930's as I was told before. Hope this information helps!
