is a William C. Hamilton Lodge number 500 Free & Accepted Masons Philadelphia 1871 - 1911 Freemason chocolate pot with lid.

The pitcher and the lid have silver accents that look hand painted and the picture on it is blue and brownish. With the lid it is right at 9.5 inches tall. The base is 5.25 inches across.

The lid is 2 inches tall and 3 inches across. On the bottom it says "Tho's Maddock's Sons Co. Trenton, N.J." and t is something else stamped under the glaze, but I can't read it. The first word looks like it may be "White"

Some of the silver has been rubbed away. In the photo with the picture of the front, t looks to be a smudge of dirt, (right at the base of one of the columns) it is

a spot of silver. It looks like someone touched the silver before it was dry and then put their finger down. (It has fingerprint lines in it).

T is some crazing all over the piece and on the inside. I ran my hands all over it and couldn't find any chips.

It is a beautiful piece.
