Rare "Our Army and Navy Calendar" from 1899. Made of heavy stock, and has embossed letters and flag on the front with an image of President McKinley. Measures 5 1/2" x 9 1/2". Has all 12 months with images of all the Army and Naval hero's. All pages are pictured, save for December due to only being able to put 12 images in the listing....December is present and has Major General Merritt pictured. January has Dewey, February has Miles, March has Sampson, April has Shafter, May has Schley, June has Wheeler, July has Hobson, August has Lee, September has Philip, October has Roosevelt in his Rough Rider uniform, November has Sigsbee, and December has Merritt. There is some light toning, overall fine. A great display piece offered with no reserve and a low opening bid. Buyer pays $5.75 domestic shipping. I do combine to save on shipping costs.
