Up for auction is this 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" unique card that reads as follows: January First 1934 Every Good Wish For The Coming Year From Ethel Traphagen And William Robinson Leigh 1680 Broadway, New York. The art work is of a Lions head and the lettering at the lower right side reads W.L. Leigh. This is number 10 of a 10 card purchase and the other 9 cards had the lettering W.R. Leigh. I cannot tell you why the initials are different when the wording is the same. This card also has, unlike all the others, the name and return address printed on the reverse side (see picture). It has normal age fading for a piece this old but is in very good condition. T were several of these cards in a box purchased at an auction. This is number10 out of a 10 card lot. Thanks for looking and happy bidding. NOTE: THE SHIPPING CHARGES SHOWN ON THIS LISTING INCLUDES HANDLING. ITEMS SHIPPED USPS PARCEL POST.
