is a neat old item made by Peter Hooker , London and the lastpatent date is 1890. T are numbers 0 -9 and a star and a Lb sign. You put the check under the inset and pull on the lever and it stamps the check. Really excellent condition with no particular problems other than normal wear and a few scrapes and t Completely functional. Measures 4 1/2" tall and 7 " wide and weighs 8lbs boxed so it would cost a bit if you are from the UK. ***This item will also ship Fedex email within the continental USA so please email us with your shipping address if you would like a quote.*** ***We WILL ship internationally but ONLY via USPS Priority Mail International or Flat Rate, INSURED, and we claim actual final value on customs slips.
