ProductDescription: WILLIAMS E7-210 PRR PENNSYLVANIA E7 O SCALE A-A DIESEL LOCOMOTIVES POWER & DUMMY DIESEL UNITS, 3 RAIL with a cab number of 5860A on the powered unit and a 5862A on the Dummy. This set has the following features: Powered Unit: 1. Dual maintenance-free can motors with precision flywheels for flywheel coasting action, 2. All metal wheels & gears, 3. True Blast II Digital Horn & Bell, 4. Patented 6 amp electronic reverse board, 5. Operating headlights, 6. Operating mars light, 7. Operating couplers, 8. Die-cast trucks, trucksides, fuel tank & pilot. Dummy Unit: The dummy unit has the following features: 9. Operating headlights, 10. Operating front coupler, 11. Die-cast trucks, trucksides fuel tank & pilot 12. All metal wheels & gears. The two diesels together have a combined length of 36" and will navigate O-31 curves. Power and Dummy unit had a functional test run (See below); otherwise, units are in unused new condition with their original box and black foam rubber inserts. ALL Windows are in place. Aword about Su-Premium Station – 1000 (SPS - 1000) SPS tests and inspects all of the equipment that it sells. This goes beyond the e-bay criteria of just looking at the aesthetics of any item . This criteria includes: 1. Visual examination, (Flawless). 2. Working viability via a test run on our O-2 7 test track for performance, (Could only test on O-27 straight-a-ways; but, checked out OK on O-36 Ga.) 3. If a diesel, horn operation, lights, forward, neutral and reverse performance, (ALL tested perfectly). 4. The item’s box condition if so provided, (New). Note: Items are rated New, Like New, Excellent, very good and good although not according to LCA criteria. SPS will not sell anything considered fair or poor unless explicitly stated. Although something is sold “new”, SPS will perform the aforementioned inspections and tests as items may have been damaged during shipment to our facility. These units are still considered “new” except for the test run as and are shipped with the utmost care. Tests are performed by our Chief Mechanical Engineer who does this to protect the buyer from items that just look good but have performance issues once bought. THERE ARE NO PERFORMANCE ISSUES WITH THIS ITEM! Conditions of Sale/Returns: SPS will accept returns if the item does not reflect the appropriate description in its advertisement will compensate 100% of the items cost except the cost of return shipping. SPS will not accept returns that are due to buyer’s remorse. Upon a return, SPS will “retest” the item. If SPS decides, at their discretion, that the item meets the ad’s requirements, only 90% of the original cost of the item will be refunded due to a 10% restocking fee. Should an item not perform or the performance is questionable, the buyer is requested to contact the SPS as soon as possible for resolution before leaving any unfavorable feedback. SPS will work with the buyer for an acceptable resolution that is mutually agreeable to both parties. Should the buyer default on payment within 3 days, the item will be placed back onto e-bay or be offered to the second runner up, known as the “second chance offer”. Taxes: Florida residents will pay a 6.5% sales tax on any items. Shipping Rates: Items may be shipped via Standard Post, a.k.a., Parcel Select, First Class or via Priority Mail depending upon which is the least expensive to the potential buyer. Should the price difference be the same or close, SPS – 1000 will ship it the fastest way possible and absorb the difference assuming that the difference is small.
