One of the most prestigious names in French porcelain, Apilco has been owned and operated by the Deshoulières family since 1826. Apilco is now the major supplier of high-quality porcelain demanded by the finest chefs in the world. Speaking of chefs, Apilco was originally designed for the most demanding clientele in the world - French chefs
Timeless Apilco pieces combine durability and practicality with classic style. In fact, many of the designs have remained unchanged since the 1800s, making them hallmarks of the French table.
From the fluted soufflé dishes to the pristine dinnerware and platters that are fixtures in Parisian charcuteries, you'll find the pieces wonderfully versatile. This elegant misc. porcelain set reflects a design that has graced tables for centuries. Because it's crafted from porcelain, it holds heat exceptionally well, keeping soup at the proper temperature. 's what we have , total 11 pieces:

Two Apilco 7" round oven-ready casserole dishes with handles. Two Apilco handled soup bowls and two matching saucers measuring 5" X 3" high. One Pillvuyt rectangular serving dish measuring 2 1/2" X 3" high. This piece is not sold with a lid but I have a lid that fits it pretty well so I'm throwing it in. One Apilco rectangular Zen Japanese plate, 10". Two Zen Japanes plates, one Ailco, one Pillvuyt, both measuring around 14" X 9".

Winning bidder to receive the entire set, 11 pieces. Brand new, 1st quality with original Williams-Sonoma tags (but the tags were before the price increase). Many of the pieces are no longer available making them sort of rare.
