The sanctuary soars to 24-Inch tall, creating a majestic presence for the two-figure set of the christmas story. the base is large enough to accommodate gentle animals of the stable, forming a complete display. The 4 pieces are constructed of wood, hand-painted and sanded for a distinctive finish. rusted nail holes provide a decorative linear element and are metaphors foretelling the crucifixion. The Sanctuary is designed to display the Willow Tree Christmas Story Figurines.
