's a very hard to find cast iron bottle opener by Wilton Products I believe it's called " Winking Boy " or at least that's what I've seen it referred to as. He appears to be more the "Village Idiot" than just a winking boy or maybe was modeled after Alfred E. Neuman of Mad Magazine fame. Anyway, no sense of me expounding on this opener as you collectors have probably forgot more about rare and hard to find openers than what I'll ever know. Other than obvious use and paint wear it appears that the lower lip has been worn down from continuous use or maybe someone filed it to improve on the factory design of operation.
