This is an original, vintage Winchester Store Model 1230C (New number WSB13) solid auger bit set. It is New Old Stock. The set is complete with thirteen auger bits sizes 1/4" to 1" in diameter. All unused, all with the Winchester trade mark and size stamped on each bit. I show a photo of a representative bit, all are similar. The wood box is excellent, some stains from storage, hardware intact. Small crack in the wood at the left side metal side panel plate. Metal Winchester label on front side. Included is a photo of the catalog listing for this bit set from the 1926/27 Winchester Store catalog, page 14. I am selling portions of a Winchester collection from a well respected and long time collector in eastern Oklahoma. Unless noted the items listed are original and not restored, not reprints.
