NEW, NEVER OPENED!! This auction is for a new never opened set of Winchester brand, Model WN-40 Stainless Steel Handcuffs. Winchester's U.S. plant that made both the lever-action model 94 and these Handcuffs are no longer in operation and these handcuffs have been out of production for several years. This set includes a never opened box, and the picture t of my own cuffs to show you what you are looking at. And it does include two handcuff keys! Item will be shipped same day payment is cleared.
