This auction is for a new in the box un-opened set of Winchester brand, Model WN-40 Stainless Steel Handcuffs. Winchester's U.S. plant that made both the lever-action model 94 and these Handcuffs is no longer in opperation and these handcuffs have been out of production for several years. These are getting harder and harder to find New in the box. The picture is of the un opened set your bidding on next to my own opened set, so you may see what the cuffs look like. The Cuffs I have are low SN# range from about75 your cuffs should fall somew close in this range. Like I said your set will be un opened.
