ARTIST'S DESCRIPTION: This is the last one, of ten, of these Black Gold Coiled dragons that we are auctioning , on Ebay. This is a new color for this dragon! Dragons almost exactly the same are available in stores for about $83. This dragon, however, is special. He has been painted with magic invisible paint. If you hold the dragon in the sunlight, this special effect paint will sparkle with gorgeous rainbow glitter. It is almost invisible indoors, so this allows him to match the other dragons in the black gold family, while still being special! I think this dragon looks especially nice in this color. The bright gold dorsal ridge emphasizes the swooping roller coaster-like composition I have going on , and his dark body makes a dramatic setting for the reflective crystal globe he guards. His wings are shaded with gold ruby and a touch of violet interference paint. He has blue glass eyes and an amethyst colored jewel in his forehead. He is about 2 1/2 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches across. This dragon is mint with a hang tag and is signed by me, Melody Pena, on the felt bottom. He will come with a letter of authenticity.
